Born From a Passion for Perfect Food
The Grand Table opened its doors in 2009 with a singular vision: to create a space where exceptional food, warm hospitality, and genuine connection come together effortlessly. Founded by Executive Chef Marcus Laurent and restaurateur Isabelle Dubois, the restaurant quickly became one of the city's most beloved dining destinations.
Chef Laurent honed his craft in Lyon, Paris, and New York, bringing a classical French foundation that he reimagines through a distinctly American lens — celebrating regional ingredients, bold flavors, and the joy of shared meals.
Today, The Grand Table remains a family — of staff, of regulars, of farmers and suppliers — all united by the belief that every detail matters and every guest deserves to feel at home.
